Broken or misbehaving games

If a game is not loading, freezing, or behaving unexpectedly, please let us know. When you write, include:

• The name of the game
• The browser you are using (for example: Chrome 124, Safari 17, Firefox 125)
• Your device type (desktop, tablet, or mobile) and operating system

That information helps us diagnose the problem quickly. Many games are served from third-party distribution networks, so some fixes require us to escalate the issue to the network, but we will follow up and remove a listing if the game cannot be fixed.

General feedback
